All companies who purchase goods from Hainsworth Lingerie and Nightwear must adhere to our terms and conditions. Companies include chain stores, shop owners, market traders, discounters, party planners, care homes, e-bay stores and other online stores. It you do not agree to all our terms and conditions then do not purchase goods from us.

By registering with this website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out by Hainsworth Lingerie and Nightwear LTD. You must providing us with true, current, complete and accurate information and it is your responsibility to update such information as and when necessary. Your will need to choose a login name and password and it is entirely your responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of your password and account. You are responsible for any purchases and product enquiries made using your account. If you believe there has been unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security you must contact us immediately. We will not be liable for any loss that you may incur due to someone else using your login details/password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Hainsworth Lingerie and Nightwear due to someone else using your account.

Our minimum order is £100 + VAT + carriage. All goods remain the property of Hainsworth Lingerie and Nightwear until paid for in full. This includes payment for carriage in the UK and abroad.

For all internet and postal deliveries claims for damaged or missing goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt. We use couriers who have a tracking system to ensure goods are delivered to the address which has been supplied by you. It is your responsibility to ensure the contact name and phone number, and delivery details are correct, as well as supplying any additional information. If when purchasing goods you state you want the goods delivering to a different address then we will not liable for any damage or missing goods.

We offer a prompt packing and dispatch service. However, we cannot be held responsible for a late delivery due to circumstances out of our control which includes the courier service.

Refunds are subject to the discretion of Hainsworth Lingerie and Nightwear, and if a refund is given the product must be unused and the packaging unopened. The sales invoice must be shown. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.
